T. Martin which <br />proposes the agenda for a meeting we are trying to arrange in <br />the near future. We would like you to attend the meeting so <br />that you can participate in the discussion regarding reclamation <br />concerns of our client, the City of Lakewood. To provide you <br />with an indication of the City's specific concerns and the <br />method in which we would like them addressed, we have also en- <br />closed a copy of part of a memo we prepared for our client <br />suggesting various solutions to the problems. After reviewing <br />the memo, would you please advise me of your thoughts so we <br />will have a clear understanding of your position on reclamation <br />matters prior to the meeting and whether you will be able to <br />support the contentions of the City. <br />At this time, the time and place of the meeting has not <br />been agreed upon but I will provide you with that information as <br />soon as it is available.
