Pease check one below and remm s <br />fomr with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. <br />Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of this signed document for your CD or DVD to be available. <br />~CD Q $5.00 per disk _DVD aQ 520.00 per disk <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation insnuctiona. <br />Computer requirements to nee the DMG document Imaging CD (az DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new insallation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D• v . A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tlf files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picmro <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QttickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP cotttptttera <br />does work. DMG has determined that a program called "hfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs m be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and regiatmtion are the user's rbsponstbility. Thera are many other programs that work ae well, such as <br />"imaging Preview" and "Imaging for W indoors". <br />[natructlons• <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You ere ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which tans the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Automn program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Inetntc6ona for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.state.co.us. <br />The Permit Ffle document images coo 6e viewed In the reception area of the DMG oHlee or they can be purchased on a CD or <br />DVD.
