Thank you <br />for your comments regarding hydrologic controls at the Meadows Mine site. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Division staff evaluated the hydrologic control <br />system at this site on numerous occasions. In addition, Division inspectors <br />evaluate the performance of the hydrologic control system on a quarterly basis <br />during their site visits. All information provided to me indicates that the <br />system is functioning as designed. However, I have instructed the staff to <br />review potential hydrologic failures during the next inspection. <br />I do not understand your comment that you are "willing to take over everything <br />as is if."
