As required by Rule 2.08.5(2)(a) of the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, application for the <br />renewal of a permit shall be filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Division at <br />least 180 days before the expiration of the existing permit. The Rule also <br />requires that the operator shall be notified by the Division of the need to <br />renew such permit at least 90 days prior to the final date for the filing of <br />the permit renewal. <br />This letter i5 to notify Energy Fuels Mining Company of the need to renew the <br />permit for the Raton Creek Mine. Based on the expiration date of the current <br />permit, application for permit renewal should be received by this office by <br />February 19, 1992.
