As part of the <br />request, LaFarge has submitted the affidavit and information required under Rule 3.1.5(9). <br />Staff review of the affidavit and the information concludes that the supplied <br />documentation meets all the requirements of the above mentioned rule. Therefore, staff is <br />aDDrovinca LaFarge's request to use the inert materials as Dart of the reclamation for Mamm <br />Creek Pit.
