more recently updated topography depicted on Map 77 and Map 83
cross-sections.
Additional documents which may have some bearing on contemporaneous
reclamation issues include:
1) Technical Revision 39 addresses refuse area drainage control
improvements, and is currently under review by the Division.
2) The refuse cover depth study final report which was submitted
in January, 1996. I have our only copy of the report, an
additional copy may need to be requested from the operator if OSM
wants to review it in Denver. A copy of my adequacy review letter
should be on file in Denver.
3) The operator has indicated) that a Technical Revision
Application which would combine refuse subareas 2/3 and 4 will be
submitted within the next couple of weeks. If approved, this
revision would increase the refuse capacity of the two subareas,
delaying their final reclamation, and also delaying the development
of an additional refuse subarea.
That's all that really jumps out at me. Let me know if some of
this can't be found in Denver, or if you or the OSM reviewers need
additional information.
