The Project area is located approximately <br />fifteen miles south of Hayden, Colorado, in Routt County (see attached map). <br />CONTRACTORS are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. Please contact the land owner <br />prior to visiting the site. <br />Bid Submission and Evaluations <br />Bids shall be submitted by 2:30 p.m. on XXX, 1999 by fax, mail or in person to Yvonne <br />Brannon. Telephoned bids will not be accepted. The attached bid schedule must be submitted <br />by all bidders. Awazd will be made to the lowest Grand Total bid. <br />Bid Award <br />The appazent low bidder must submit a certificate of insurance with the following limits: <br />Standard Worker's Compensation and Employer Liability, as required by State Statute <br />including occupational disease, covering all employees at the work site. <br /> <br />2.
