Computer regWretsrenb to nse the DAMS dotameat inraglsR CD (or DVD):
1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD add must be instilled on your computer in order to u~ a DAMS imaging CD
the first time. Palate use of this or other imaging CD's does not requite a new ieab~stion of the softrvare.
2. The CD or DVD that yap purchase I» 6e in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD.
3. The CD will conbin Elea wide the .tif extension. There needs to be an itmge viewing application for .tif files on your computer thst
will handle single and mn(ti-page documenq. Da a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs an called "Windows Pichme
anti Fax Viewer" m "Paint" and they do not work with l2trickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP comptrters
does work. DAMS has de0etmimd that a prograzn called "IrfanYieat", which can be dowdoaded from L:fsnView.com, dose work with
l2nickView. After downloadirtg "IrfanView", it oeeda to be configured m your defauh .tif viewer DAMS does not support or endorse
this software and the licensing and registration era the user's responsibility. There am many other programs that work as well, such as
"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows".
Inatroctlomt
1. Ineed the CD inoo your computer.
Allow time fm the CD to inetalL
~. Eject the CD from the comptter.
4. Reinsert the CD into the computer.
5. You are ready to view the Permit Files.
NOTE: A program called QttickView AuLomn, which nme the lZuickView
setup ptograter, hue also been copied to this CD. If the Autonm program
does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView progtam
Instruction for manually installing QuickViaw are avaiLtbk upon request
with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.sbte.w.ua.
