I make <br />one retest to keep costs down and level the olavina field: Mr. <br />Robert Small U.S. Attorneys office Mols. said "perhaps ~ <br />c~;raction of the court in Salt Lake City a deposition could be <br />taken in Mils via submitted questions after the April 18 <br />submission date." This is possible 1993 Red Book Bankruptcy Rules <br />#28 p 1006 #31 & 32 pp1010 & 1011. #32-a-(3) 100 mi. limit. <br />I move for this approach. It is not ~ intent to undo the <br />efforts of Dec-Feb 1993. I wish for orderly and fair treatment <br />of my claim which I intend to pursue2.
