Please find enclosed a copy of the computerized <br />model of the vegetation, soil water conditions, and planting scheme for tree <br />planting submittetl by Castle Concrete Company. We have already sent you the <br />results of the Mined Land Reclamation Division's conversations with <br />representatives of the Colorado State Forest Service and the United States <br />Department of Agriculture's Foresi: Service. <br />Tne Division's position regarding reforestation has not changed. It appears, <br />in light of the analysis recently completed, that our original recommendation <br />of wildlife haoitat revegetated with an established tree density of 35 trees <br />per acre and an estaolished snrub density of 35 shrubs per acre is still <br />appropriate. <br />I hope this will oe of some help.
