After researching the State Archives records for GEX, the
enclosed documents were all that could be located with any
information on owners and controllers of the company. Our records
contain no evidence that Charles Silengo was an officer of GEX
Colorado Inc. The only evidence of Mr. Silengo's participation in
our records is that his name appears on a property deed.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me or Steve
Renner.
Sincerely,
~~-r ~-
Larry P.
