Box 11J <br />Paonia, Colorado 8)428 <br />RE: Stipulation No. 3 associated with approval of Minor Revision 04; <br />Terror Creek Loadout, C-83-059 <br />Dear Mr, Harding: <br />The Division has reviewed the revised Map 5 (Facilities Map) that was <br />submitted in response to Stipulation 3 attached to Minor Revision 04. The <br />stipulation, the only one which was attached to the revision, stated: <br />Terror Creek Company will submit three (3) copies of revised Map 5, <br />(Facilities Map). This map will be revised to reflect the changes that <br />are the subject of this minor revision (MR-04 ). <br />The revised maps were received on March 22, 1990, well within the 45 day time <br />limit and were found to be acceptable.
