Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />David Holm, Interim Director <br />Approval <br />Energy Fuels Mining Company <br />Animas Mine (Permit No. C-82-055) <br />Transfer of Permit Rights <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division is approving an application for <br />transfer of permit rights for the Animas Mine (Permit No. C-82-055) to Energy <br />Fuels Mining Company. Permit transfer is granted pursuant to the Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act 34-33-101 et seq. C.R.S. 1973 as amended <br />and Regulation 2.08.6 of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for coal mining, Previous permittee and operator was <br />Sundance Coal Company. <br />The approval decision for transfer of permit rights is based on findings that <br />the applicant seeking approval will conduct operations in full compliance with <br />the terms and conditions of the original permit and will comply with all <br />requirements of the Act and the Regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act. <br />/vj r <br />1479E <br />
