The <br />plan was most recently renewed by the SEO in a letter dated April 25, 2001. Enclosed is a check <br />to the Division of Water Resources for $217 for the renewal of this plan. <br />Mining is complete, at the East Rigden site and the lakes have been allowed to fill. However, the <br />East Rigden facility will continue to process mined material that has been conveyed across the <br />Poudre River from the adjacent Resource Recovery site, M-99-078. <br />Lafarge leases the East Rigden site from Flatiron Companies. Flatiron Co. will provide the water <br />rights for the.augmentation of the site. The plan proposes to use 3.0 Box Elder Ditch shares as <br />direct replacement plus one additional Box Elder Ditch share by recharge. The Rigden Flume <br />right will make replacements December through March. A lease from the City of Fort Collins <br />will make replacements during the remaining months for mining depletions and return flows. <br />Since the previous renewal, the exposed acreage has decreased. Long term plans.for this site <br />include lining the large lake in the southeast comer of the property for storage. This lake is being <br />pumped down to complete the clay lining process: Flatiron Co. filed application O1CW202 for <br />the storage right at the East Rigden Pit with the Division I Water Court in November 2001. <br />UPDATED CONSUMPTIVE USE <br />The consumptive use values reflect current conditions at the East Rigden site.
