We immediately contacted our surveyor who in turn set up for aerial surveys.
At this time the aerial work is complete on permit number M-77-144 (Mica Lode). Hall
Surveying is completing work on this permit presently. Permit number M-92-058 has
been flown and we are waiting for the contour map. I have also met with Chazles Fair
from the US Bureau of Land Management regazding this permit. We are going to modify
this mine plant to minimize visual impact but need contour and aerials to obtain new
permit boundaries. Due to this delay in obtaining the complete mapping of these permits,
I would like to request a 60-day extension on these two permits. Please contact me as
soon as possible on this matter. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
~~
Bill Tezak
Colorado Quarries, Inc.
BT/nlc
