Wolf: The purpose of this letter is to certify that at a meeting of the Jilan- ning Cor~mission of the County of Boulder.;. State of Colorado, duly called and held on Wednesday, April 27, 1977, tJie following resolution was. adopted: Be it Resolved by the Planning Commission of the County of 8ot,lder, State of Colorado, that it recommend to the Board of County Commis- sioners of said County APPROVAL, subject to the following conditions: 1. In addition to commitments of record in this proposal, pre- vious conditions of approval and commitments of record, when not modified by this amendment, remain i~n full effect, and further including additional information submitted by Western Paving Con- struction in documents of file dated April 22, 1977, and April 27, 1977. 2. Finalization of the agreement between Western Paving Con- struction Company and Boulder County for dedication of a trail easement before presentation to the Board of County Commissioners. 3. Finalization of the agreement between Western Paving Consi:ruc- tion Company and the St. Vrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy District and approval of same by the State Engineer before presenta- tion to the Board of County Commissioners. 4. Fulfillment of the appropriate requirements of other agencies. 5. If the concept of the operation should change from using the train to transport 90% of mined material from the site, the modifica- tions will be submitted to Boulder County for review, of the request for an amendment to a Special Use Permit described as follows:
