The current reclamation liability at the Bowie No. 2 Mine is $7,860,726.00. The Division is <br />cuaently holding active bonds that amount to $7,868,298.00. <br />The Division conducted a reclamation bond compliance inspection in September 2004 at the Bowie <br />No. 2 Mine. Currently, the reclamation cost estimate is being reviewed by the Division as part of this <br />midterm review. The results of this cost estimate review, including any adjustments to the bond <br />amount, will be forwazded to BRL when it is completed. <br />
