On July 23, 2004, <br />as conditions for lease issuance, CAM Holdings, LLC (1) executed four copies of the lease, (2) submitted <br />the fast year's rental, (3) submitted a payment for advertising the coal sale and (4) filed the information <br />required for antitrust review with the BLM. <br />On November 17, 2004, a surety bond was filed in the amount of $418,000, bond no.104342235 having <br />CAM Holdings, LLC as principal and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, as surety. <br />The bond has been examined, found satisfactory, and is hereby accepted effective December 1, 2004. <br />All statutory and regulatory requirements having been met, coal lease COC 66514 is hereby issued to <br />CAM Holdings, LLC effective December 1, 2004. <br />Ja~~} s E.
