The correction should take place within a period of <br />sixty days. <br />3. Representatives fran Energy Fuels Corporation, Colorado Division <br />of Wildlife, Mined Land Reclamation Division, and Office of <br />Surface Mining will meet at the site during the spring of <br />1980 to discuss the impacts of mining on the sage grouse lek <br />identified in the permit. A joint agreement will be arrived <br />at to mitigate my negative i*npacts on the lek as a result of <br />EFC's m• activities. These ndtigative measures will become <br />part of EFC's permit. <br />4. Energy Fuels Corporation incorporate all conditions frcxn previous <br />permits on mine 1 and 2 into permit ~I79-177. <br />5. Energy Fuels Corporation will work with the Departm~t of the <br />Interior to resolve any remaining archaeological concerns generated <br />by EFC's mining of the area, and will make any necessary changes <br />to the approved mining and reclamation plan. <br />6. Energy Fuels Crn-poration will submit a reclamation plan for the <br />C16284 area after the site is inspected by Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division representatives. <br />7. Energy Fuels Corporation will comply with the Division of Water <br />Resources rules and regulations. <br />8. Energy Fuels Corporation adhere to the reclamation schedule <br />defined in the letter of March 24, 1980 fr~ Mr. Gerald Graudy <br />to Mr. Hamlet J. Barry, III. <br />
