As we have discussed,
we request that the Division reference the 1989 Temporary
Cessation Plan (TCN), submitted December 14, 1989, as
fulfillment of this requirement. A discussion of all
grading completed in 1989 is included in the TCN.
Further, the exhibit included in the TCN reflects the
topography that has been achieved as of October 10, 1989.
No additional grading has occurred since that time.
Thank you for your consiGeration of this request.
Sincerely,
~~ . wt,~~
James S.
