I - <br />appreciate your call and the opportunity to be of service. <br />Transmitted herein: Photos of the real property damage as done by 3 B Enterprises. <br />The 3 B Enterprises gravel pit has a State of Colorado gravel mining permit. <br />The permit is known as: The Deakins pit, MLRB, M-2001-060. <br />Every State permit requires not irreparably damaging the subject or adjoining property. <br />Your property is damaged by the 3 B Enterprises. Your property damage consists of: <br />1. Draining and washing away your surface property; <br />2. Making part of your property their lake; <br />3. Not properly leaving a rennaining barricade of land between your <br />property and the excavation pits. ' <br />To solve the problem: <br />1.
