There are a number of factors that may <br />affect the precise number of wells developed during yeazs 0, 1, and 2. As indicated in <br />the table, American Soda plans to develop about 26 wells for the initial operations and <br />a total of an estimated 94 cumulative wells during the first 5 yeazs of commercial <br />operations. <br />Construction of the surface facilities at the Piceance Site is anticipated to be completed <br />by spring/eazly summer 2000. The access road will be a 24-foot-wide <br />asphalt road with 4-foot-wide shoulders and 3-or 4-foot-wide azeas for drainage <br />ditches and berms, for a total width of 38 to 40 feet. The total length of the main access <br />road will be approximately 1.3 miles; however, the upper 0.5 mile of the road will be <br />coincident with the main well field service which is described below. Use of the access <br />road from Horse Draw Road north along the west side of Piceance Creek that currently <br />Antexican soda.
