The subject <br />property is located in EI Paso County, Colorado and the Debtor uses the subject property <br />for deliver and storage of materials from the Debtor's property in Fremont, Colorado and <br />as such, the property is presently necessary for the Debtor to attempt to reorganize under <br />Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. A copy of this motion is on file at the United States <br />Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Custom House, First Floor, 721 19th Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80202 for your inspection or by request to the undersigned. <br />Pursuant to Rule 202 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, if you desire to <br />oppose this action; you-mustfile a written objection and request for a hearing with-the C-ourt <br />on or before September 29, 2003, and serve a copy thereof on the undersigned attorney. <br />Objections and requests for hearing shalt clearly specify the grounds upon which they are <br />based, including the citation of supporting legal authority, if any. General objections and <br />requests for hearings will not be considered by the Court. <br />In the absence of a timely and substantiated request for hearing by an interested <br />party, the Court may approve or grant the aforementioned application without any further <br />notice to creditors or other interested parties. <br />
