Bent County Ready-Mix
Dear Mr. Dillie.
e
As we discussed this morning, enclosed for your files is a copy of our letter dated March
16, 2000 requesting renewal of the substitute water supply plan for Bent County Ready-Mix for
operation of their gravel pit near Las Animas. The plan is similar to the plan approved by the
State Engineer on March G, 1999 that was valid through March 31, 2000.
The plan renewal request is awaiting review and approval from the State Engineer.
However, the plan is still operating, the accounting is being performed on a monthly basis, and
the replacement water is committed to the plan. It is expected that the State Engineer will
approve the renewal in the near future.
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely yours,
HE~L/TON~S WILLIAMSEN, P.C.
Frank C.
