Please check one below and remm this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the DMG dowment Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to ux a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future vas of this or other imaging CD's dos not require a new instalLtion of tDe software. 2. The CD or DVD drat you purchase nl~ be in the D: drtve. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thera needs m be an image viewing application Por .tif files on your computer that will handle single and rmtlti-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, rite default viewing programs are called "Windows Picturo and Fax Viewer' or "Paint" and that' do not wedr with QuickView. The Irr rging Viewer that comes with pro-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has detemdned that a program celled "irfanView", which Bern be downloaded from IrfanView.twm, does worts with tZrrickView. Attar downloading "IrfmView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse tl»s software and the licensing and registration era the user's depomibility. There are many other programs that work u well, such ss "Imaging Preview" and'Tmaging for Windows". Instruetlonl: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow tune fnr the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reiman the CD into the computer. 5. You ere ready to view the Permit Files. NOTH: A program called QuickView Autonm, which ram the QuickView setup program, has also been copied W this CD. If the Autumn program does NOT work, you will need to mutmlly install the tZuickView program.
