<br />PROPOSAL SUMMARY
<br />SCC wishes to amend SUP# PP2005-004 to extend the SUP through the life of the Colorado
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Permit (Permit No. C-94-082).
<br />Details of the overall Yoast Mine operations and reclamation were submitted for the "Renewal of
<br />Existing Special Use Pemvt (SUP-95-207) dated Match 30, 2005.
<br />Attached is a copy of the existing SUP # PP2005-004.
