A program called QuirkView will be copied to the CD and must be installed nn your computer In order to use a DMG imaging CD the first tithe. Ruture use ofthis or oUtct imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD Utat you purchase must be in the D: dove. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .Uf cxtcnsion. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents, On a Windows XP wmputer, the default viewing programs are coiled "Windows Picture and Pax Viewer" or'Taint" and thoy ~nst wgrjt with QttickView. The ]making Viewer the[ comes with pre-Windows XP computers dues work. DMG has detcnnincd that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfwtVicw.com, does work with QuickView. Afkr downloading "IrfanYicw", it needs to be configured as your default .lif vfewor. DMG does not support or endorse this soflwats and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. Them one many other pro~ams that work as well, such as "imaging preview" and "lmnging for Windows". Inatrnctlons: L Insert the CD into your computer. 2, Allow time for the CD m install. 3. Eject the CD firm the computer. 4. Rcinscrt the CD into the computer. 5. You arc wady to view the PMnrit Piles. NOTE: A progrnm ettlled QuickVicw Autattm, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also bcrn copied Lo this CD. If the AuGtrun pmgram does NOT work, you will had to manually install the QuickVicw ptogtem. Instructions for manually insrallins QuickVicw etc available upon request with the CD nr can be viewed at www.minine.statc,co.us. The Permit File document images can he viewed in the reeepNon arcs of the DMG office or they can he porchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase wst covers the time end labor of making the CD.
