Dpi. c. ,:~~-`~` :.~.~wc~s <br />Western Fuels - Utah, Inc. <br />Attention: Mr. Will Wright <br />405 Urban Street, Suite 305 <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80228 <br />INSPECTION REPORT <br />On Tuesday, September 13, 1983, an inspection of Rio Blanco County Road 1165 <br />was conducted by David Harper, Bill Hill and Curt Leet, of this office. In <br />attendance from Western Fuels was Tom Caruso and Will Wright. The following <br />problem was identified and should be corrected by November 15, 1983. <br />Revegetation efforts during the fall of 1982 did not take effect. All dis- <br />turbed areas, particularly road cuts, should be roughed up and reseeded or <br />submit a right-of-way amendment request addressing alternative measures for <br />stabilizing the soil and preventing the irnasion of noxious weeds. <br />Failure to correct this problem will result in the Bureau of Land Management <br />taking further action pursuant to 43 CFR 2803.3. <br />Any questions regarding this report should be directed to the attention of <br />David Harper at (303) 878-3601. <br />~~ n~. ~ <br />~` B.
