The channel will
terminate at or near the North Fork of the Gunnison. There will be
no disturbance in the river channel itself.
My understanding from our conversation is the DMG does not need to
pursue any permitting work with the Corps of Engineers due to the
limited extent of the proposed work. Thank you for your
assistance.
If you have any questions about this project, please contact me or
Erica Crosby of our office. Erica is the project manager for the
job.
Sincerely,
~~ ~ 6~%~w
Larry P. Routten
cc: Erica Crosby
m:\coal\lpr\corps
