The site is presently active with <br />dredging taking place south of Clear Creek on County owned <br />land. The future use of the property is being analyzed in <br />respect to the Master Plan of Clear Creek, in the area, <br />with input from Coors. The report is in process under the <br />consultation of Brad Janes and should be submitted within <br />the 95-day limit. <br />Permit No. M-77-29 <br />Pine Junction Pit has recently been redone and submitted <br />to MLRD. The mining plan and reclamation plans are in a <br />newly approved submittal. The contours, as shown, were <br />flown in 1988, and approximately 2~0-;9fib tons were taken <br />from Phase M 1 earlier this year. We are presently <br />operating at this facility. <br />a <br />Permit No. M-77-246 <br />Green Valley Pit was resubmitted to and approved by <br />MLRD at the July 1989 hearing. The contours, as shown, <br />were flown in 1988 and reflect the condition prior to <br />our 1989 mining operation. We removed 7-~33~-tons of "' <br />material in Phase M 1 and Phase R2 in preparation for <br />back sloping the area where a high wall and bench <br />situation existed.
