<br />Section VI - Bonding Summar <br />The Division currently retains a total bond amount of E10,585,393,00, The <br />bonds are in the following form: <br />1) Aetna Casualty ana Surety Company, bond number 6451002085736CA, in <br />the amount of 57,585,393.00; and, <br />2) Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, bond number 6451002085686CA, in <br />the amount of 53,000,000.00, <br />PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORDS TO VERIFY THAT 7HE COLORADO YAMPA COAL COMPANY <br />RECORDS AGREE WITH THE DIVISION RECORDS, <br />Tao bond release actions have occurred since issuance of the State of Colorado <br />permit. The first became final on June 2, 1982. It involved the complete <br />release of 233.10 acres located in the southwest 1/4, southwest 1/4 of Section <br />19, ana the west 1/2 of Section 30, all in Township 5 North, Range 86 West, <br />6th P.M. <br />The second release became final October 10, 1987. This release was a Phase I <br />bona release involving 2,397.9 acres. The specific locations are referenced <br />in aetail within the permit aocuments. <br />A revision has been requested as part of the midterm review, which will <br />proviae a aetailed Bono calculation for the site.
