3. TEX'C CHANGES TO THE DRAFT EIS This section consists of reprinted srntences, paragraphs, and other text changes to the drak Ii15, including minor editorial corrections. Since the entire Summary (Section 1), Summary of Impacts (Table 2-2), and BLM Proposed Mitigation (Appendix C) sections from the drak E[S have been refined and reprinted in this volume, any changes in these sections are not listed. However, included in this section are complete rewrites for the Water Resources and Aquatic, Wetland, and Riparian Habitats (renamed Wetland Habitats) sections. The changes are listed first by page number from the drak. Under the page numbers, the comment letter number(s) and/or transcript symbol that initiated the change are listed in parentheses.
