The Corley Company
PNOne 6.125050 PO Box t821
COLORADO SPRING S.COLO RADO 00901
Jan. 11, 1992
Ms. Catherine W. Begej
Mined Land Reclamation Div.
1313 Sherman St.
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Ms. Begej:
~y~,'.~~~1, ~ .
JAN 13 1992
IVII~^rl ~~ ld

L-
I wish to emphasize my answers to your questions about the road that exists in
Sec. 30 and 31, T20S. R69W.
The road was constructed in approximately 1959 or before. The Corley Co.
purchased the land in 1971, and since that time has never needed to do anv
maintenance on [he road which has continued to provide safe access for our
ranch activities.
We believe that there is no need for changes to be made in the road,
particularly since there is considerable natural reclamation of the existing
cuts and fills. Any requirement for additional construction on the road will
risk [hat vegetation and perhaps upset the conditions of a road that has
proven to be stable for over twenty years without maintenance.
Finally, The Corley Company as the land owner does not want the road to be
reclaimed after mining activity ceases.
Sincerely,
~~~/%^e__w~
W.D. Corley, Jr.
President
cc: Energy Fuels
