This new estimate <br />includes all of the changes to the reclamation plan from Technical Revisions 32, 33 and <br />35 and eliminates all of [he tasks for reclamation work that has already been completed. <br />The revised liability is $3,040,634.00. <br />As per your memos dated 29 January and 13 February, 2001 (Item 3 j, the following tasks <br />have been removed or modified: <br />Task 006 - Backfill North Decline Area (reclamation completed) <br />Task 007 -Regrade Treasure Island Storage Yard Ponds 1 & 2 (reclamation <br />completed) <br />Task 008 -Push South Fan Concrete Collar into Shaft (reclamation completed) <br />Task 009 -Push Imported Fill into South Fan (reclamation completed) <br />Task 010 -Regrade South Fan Area (reclamation completed) <br />Task 016 -Haul Cover from CBA-2 to CRDA # 1 (volume modified) <br />Task 017 -Haul Cover from CBA-2 to CRDA #2 (volume modified) <br />Task 023 -Rip CBA-1 (reclamation completed) <br />Task 042 -Replace Topsoil from Stockpile to South Fan (reclamation completed) <br />Task 046 -Replace Topsoil from Stockpile 2 [o CRDA #1 (volume modified) <br />Task 047 -Replace Topsoil from Stockpile 2 to CRDA #2 (volume modified) <br />Task 053 -Strip Topsoil at CBA-1 (reclamation completed) <br />Task 054 -Redistribute Topsoil at CBA-I (reclamation completed) <br />Task 055 -Seal Portals and Shafts (completed sealing/backfilling removed) <br />Task 061 -Regrade Remaining Coal from Roadside and UTL Stockpiles <br />(reclamation completed) <br />
