The Division has received your request for a change in specification for the select drain
cover from the current specification of:

Since the perforations in the vertical user pipe where this material will be placed has a well
screen of .5 inches and the proposed gravel pack will include up to 12 percent passing the
N 40 screen, the Division has concerns that these £mes will block the perforations and not
allow proper detoxification. Due to this concern the operator will have to post an additional
fmancial warranty to cover the cost of flushing these riser pipes or for drilling injection
