<br />EXHIBIT D - MINING AND RECLAMATION PLAN <br />This mine is under 1973 permit so all fences and <br />roads are established as per reclamation plan on first <br />permit. Mining will be done at the rate of 0.5 to <br />0.8 acres per year and at that rate will have a life of <br />30 to 40 years. Mining will be done by removal of top <br />soil with a carryall and stock piled in an area on <br />north side of property to be used later for building <br />lake shores and backfill t ~g2f sl~epes right. <br />Gravel will be removed b dragline rom gravel pit, <br />then hauled to plant site y me~of front end. <br />Loader loading into dump trucks. Planting and sloping <br />will be done as mining progresses and allows lake shore <br />to become available according to revegetation plan and maps. <br />
