• ' <br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Please take notice that the Colorado Yampa Coal Company (CYCC), Post <br />Office Box 774288, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477, and the Twentymile <br />Coal Company (TCC), Post Office Box 897, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467, has <br />submitted an application for a Technical Revision and a request for <br />transfer of Permit No. 79-177 and succession of operators of the coal <br />mining and reclamation activities formerly conducted by Energy Fuels <br />Corporation, at the Energy Mine 1, 2 and Eckman park properties, <br />approximately 15 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado near the <br />abandoned Foidel Creek schoolhouse on Routt County Road No. 27 in the <br />Twentymile Park area. A map showing the exact location and boundaries of <br />the existing 79-177 permit area, ae well as the area to be transferred, <br />accompanies this notice. The applicant proposes to transfer Che mining and <br />reclamation responsibilities for the Foidel Creek underground mine from <br />permit No. 79-177 Co a new permit prepared by the Twentymile Coal Company. <br />Any person with an interest which is or may be adversely affected by <br />the transfer of permit and succession of operators may submit written <br />comments on the application, within fifteen (15) days of this newspaper <br />notice, to the State of Colorado, Mined Land Reclamation Division, 423 <br />Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />
