Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On Apri129, 2004, we received a facsimile copy of a letter from Twentymile Coal Company <br />addressed to our office and dated April, 29, 2004 with letterhead that contained the words "Peabody" <br />and "Twentymile Coal Company". <br />Please advise us as to the status of Twentymile Coal Company, and its current relationship to RAG <br />and Peabody.
