Parameters to be measured and <br />frequency of measurement will be established at that time. <br />Surface Water Monitorine Plan <br />Water quality in the Williams Fork River is monitored. at an upstream site and <br />a downstream site. NPDES Discharge Monitoring <br />Monitoring locations covered under NPDES permit CO-OG34142 include No. 5 <br />Mine (NPDES No. 003), No. 1 Strip Pit (NPDES No. 022), 7 Nonh Angle Well <br />(NPDES No. 024) and Sewage Treatment Ponds (NPDES No. 023). The first three <br />locations are monitored weekly, bimonthly, monthly, and quarterly fot the following <br />parameters: <br />Weekly Bimonthly <br />Temperature Same as weekly <br />Conductivity plus suspended <br />pH solids, <br />Water leveU visual oil and <br />Mo v uanerl <br />Same as Bimonthly <br />bimonthly parameters <br />plus Iron plus total <br /> dissolved <br />21 <br />
