I informed you that we had sent Mr, Levkulich~ information regarding <br />temporary cessation in the Division's inspection report of September 14, <br />1990, I have enclosed a copy of this report for your benefit. <br />You also requested information about the annual report and annual fee for the <br />Red Rock Pit and the release of the 55,000 MLRD reclamation bond, in light of <br />the U.S. BLM's refusal to allow reclamation of the pit to occur.
