• concerns could be addressed as part of its normal oversight <br />process and would not affect this mining plan decision. <br />Publication of four consecutive weekly newspaper notices <br />notified the public of the availability of the <br />administratively complete PAP for review. The last <br />publication date was August 26, 1993. No public comments on <br />the PAP were received after the public notice was published. <br />DMG determined that a bond for $6,238,370 is adequate for <br />the Colorado Permit No. C-82-056 associated with these <br />mining plan actions. The bond is payable to the State and <br />the United States. <br />A chronology of events related to the processing of the PAP <br />is included with the decision document. The information in <br />the PAP, and other information identified in the decision <br />document, has been reviewed by DMG staff and by the OSM <br />Project Leader. <br />OSM's administrative record of these mining plan actions <br />consists of the following: <br />-the PAP submitted by TCC and updated through May 8, <br />1996, <br />• -DMG's Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for <br />Permit Revision No. 3. provided to OSM under the <br />cooperative agreement, <br />-the Environmental Assessments CO-016-91-027 and CO- <br />016-95-020, <br />-the FONSI of the proposed action and alternatives <br />prepared by BLM and OSM, <br />-other documents prepared by DMG, and <br />-correspondence developed during the review of the PAP. <br />Enclosures <br />• <br />
