Long
Division Dneclo~
This letter is to reaffirm what the Division requested in our telephone conversation about two
months ago. In a letter dated September 9, 1994, you had requested that exploration hole
NM-24 be converted to a water well. From our last telephone conversation you said that you
were withdrawing your request for this conversion due to the engineering problems
associated with the conversion. I, then, asked you to state this withdrawal request, in a letter
to the Division.
To date, the Division has not received this written request for withdrawal. The Division
would greatly appreciate it if you would submit this letter so that we can closeout the original
request.
If you have any questions, pease call me.
Sincerely,
r. ~ n ~~
Joseph J.
