The Division's
understanding is correct in that MCC's plans aze continuing to evolve, particulazly
now that spring is upon us. However, we will attempt to provide as complete a
package as possible to be incorporated into the permit. As such, as MCC begins to
make plans for the submittal of the application, we would like to meet with you and
your associates to more fully understand the information that you will expect to see
in this application. This discussion will enable MCC to submit a more complete
application package.
I look forwazd to discussing this further with the Division, and will contact you soon
to schedule the meeting. Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Christine E.
