Within one year of permit issuance, the permittee will develop <br />and obtain the approval of the Regulatory Authority for a <br />biennial revegetation monitoring program which will monitor the <br />success of revegetation efforts at the McClave Canyon site, to <br />be approved by the Regulatory Authority and implemented the <br />second year after the initial revegetation seeding. <br />13. Within six months of permit issuance, the permittee must pro- <br />vide the Regulatory Authority with a specific proposal for the <br />final configuration of the portal bench cut. Sufficient <br />analyses must be presented to verify that the proposed final <br />configuration will meet all stability requirements. If the <br />final configuration will vary from the approximate original <br />contour of the area, the permittee must request a variance from <br />the Regulatory Authority. <br /> <br /> <br />
