This replaces the <br />certificate you now hold for coverage expired on April 1, 1982. <br />Cur Insured has requested that this certificate be sent to you confirm- <br />ing a continuation of their insurance coverage. <br />Since this certificate is evidence of coverage for a period of three <br />years, we request you review the certificate carefully. If you no <br />longer require evidence of insurance coverage, or a change or correct- <br />ion is needed, please return this original certificate for cancellation, <br />correction or change with written instructions as to your wishes. We <br />will attend to your request as quickly as possible, consistant crith <br />instructions from our Insured. <br />If during the course of the three year period, you find you no longer <br />require this evidence of insurance, we would appreciate your returning <br />the certificate for cancellation.
