^. <br />the hour of 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel ~vay be <br />heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom located on the third :Floor of <br />the Federal Courthouse Building located at 350 South Main Street, <br />Salt Lake City, Utah. The Motion requests approval of a <br />settlement of the above-captioned adversary proceeding between <br />the parties. CFI brought this action against Athey Beaman <br />alleging that certain transfers made to it constitute avoidable <br />preferences under 11 U.S.C. g 547(b). The parties have agreed to <br />settle the matter with Athey Beaman making a payment of $7,400.00 <br />and waiving all claims against the Debtors' estates. Copies of <br />the Motion and the related Settlement Agreement may be obtained <br />by. request. from the undersigned counsel for.CF&I. <br />•.PLEASE TARE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 523(b) <br />of the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court <br />for the District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be <br />submitted in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served <br />upon the undersigned counsel on or before Thursday, December 9, <br />1993.
