Please check one below aid return thls form/with your payment to DAMS. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. A program called l2ttickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DAMS imaging CD the fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD ar DVD that you purchase mm be in the D: rive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and rmtlti-page docua~nts. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" ar "Painf' and they do not work with QttickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pro-Windows XP computers does work. DAMS has determined that a program called "hfanView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with tZttickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DAMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many outer programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Lnaging for Windows". Instructlous• 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called lZuickView AutoruD, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied ro this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program L3structions for manually installing QtlickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.state.co.us. The Permit FYIe document images coo be viewed in the reception area o[the DBMS office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DYD purchase cost covers the Nme and Isbor of making the CD.
