A letter of certification <br />containing the results of the inspection must be <br />submitted to the Division within tva weeks following the <br />inspection". <br />In accordance with this stipulation, I, James G. <br />Schlenvogt, Colorado P.E. 17627, have inspected the <br />subject embankment on June 29, 1988 and do herewith <br />submit my report of findings: <br />I. Chronology <br />A. July 14, 1981: F.M. Fox and Associates submitted <br />a report on their geotechnical slope stability <br />investigation of the embankment. The report <br />concluded that the srbankment was stable with a <br />minimum static safety factor of 1.52. The report <br />also recormiended revegetation and inspections. <br />B. September 23, 1981: Colorado Mining Permit No. C- <br />80-005 became effective. <br />IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII $ G~rc. <br />C. Fall 1981: The embankment was hand seeded in <br />compliance with Stipulation 16 of Permit No. C-80- <br />005. <br />
