<br />Page 20 ~, <br />Construction Materials Rule 1 t .. <br />Limited Impact 110 and Special 111 Operations and Subsection <br />6.4.18 for Regular 112 Operations. <br />t to(s)(c) (d) Except for Special l l l Operation Permit applications, <br />within ten (10) days after filing of the application with the Office, <br />publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the proposed mining operation containing: <br />(i) name and address of Applicant; <br />(ii) location of the proposed mining operation by <br />section, township and range and street address where <br />applicable; <br />(iii) proposed dates of commencement and <br />completion of the operation; <br />(iv) proposed future use of affected land; <br />(v) location where additional information on the <br />operation may be obtained; and _ <br />(vi) location and final date for submitting <br />statements of support or objections with the Office. <br />t to(s)(c) (e) Except for Special 111 Operation Permit applications, <br />tt2(9)(c> within ten (10) days after filing of the application with the Office, <br />mail or personally serve a copy of the Notice in Subparagraph <br />1.6.2(1)(d) to: <br />(i) all Owners of Record of surface and mineral <br />rights to the affected land; and <br />(ii) all Owners of Record of surface lands that are <br />within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. <br />tto(5~(e) (f) AS soon as designated by the Office, mail a copy <br />tt2(9)(c) thereof to any other Owners of Record who might be affected by the <br />proposed mining operation. The Office shall designate such owners, <br />if any, within one (1) week after the filing of the application.
