The mine area <br />was dry and no measurable precipitation had fallen <br />within one week. <br />G. August 1, 1985: The annual embankment inspection was <br />conducted. Skies were sunny with a temperature of 75° <br />F. The mine area was dry at the time of inspection, <br />although scattered showers have occurred over the past <br />week. <br />H. July 3, 1986: The annual embankment inspection was <br />conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with temperatures <br />in the 70's °F. The mine area was dry at the time of <br />inspection, although scattered showers have occurred <br />over the past week. <br />I. February 17, 1987: Colorado Mining Permit No. C-80- <br />005 was renewed. <br />J. June 4, 1987: The annual embankment inspection was <br />conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with temperatures <br />in the 80's °F. The mine area was dry at the time of <br />the inspection. There was no evidence of <br />precipitation within the past week. <br />K. June 29, 1988: The annual embankment inspection was <br />conducted. Skies were cloudy with temperatures in the <br />70's °F. The mine area was muddy at the time of the <br />inspection. There was no rain at the time of the <br />inspection; however, several rain showers had occurred <br />during the previous week. <br />L.
